SHIPPING

Items ordered and paid for will ship after 3-8 business days. Tracking information is available upon request once shipment is fulfilled. After leaving our apothecary, USPS typically delivers within 1 – 5 business days.

Please note all of our skincare products are handcrafted in small batches at our apothecary with love. Occasionally skincare orders can take up to 2 weeks before shipping. We appreciate your patience.

Please note we ship Monday-Friday only, during normal business hours. Any order placed after business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend.

We do not accept responsibility if product says delivered by the postal service but customer claims to not have received their order. This will have to be taken up between customer and postal service. Siphon Draw Apothecary is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returned packages due to incorrect address given to us with initial order.

We use the United States Postal Service. Shipping fees are determined by weight and will be calculated at time of checkout.

Customers are responsible for all international import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the international border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you).

Cancelling an Order
When an order is placed online, we begin processing the order immediately. We are unable to cancel or change an order once it is submitted.

Out of Stock Items and Backorders
Should an item in your order be out of stock, your remaining order will ship on time and the out of stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

Damages:If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately.We happily replace any damaged items reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our pure & natural ingredients, we cannot accept returns. However, we offer replacements or store credit should the product arrive damaged. If in doubt, get in touch.

ALLERGIES + REACTIONS
Please be sure to always know what ingredients you may be allergic to before using our products.

Always do a small patch skin test to see if you may have any reactions to our ingredients. Never use products in the eye area, internally, or on open wounds or irritated skin.
