How to Brew:

Use 1 to 1.5 teaspoons per 8 ounce cup of water. Simmer herbs in a pot of water on top of heat with the lid on for at least 20 minutes but up to 1 hour to extract out the most flavor and nutrients.

Tea can be stored in a closed jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
