An ointment created for artists to use during the tattooing process and to be used as your tattoo is healing.

This recipe was formulated by our Apothecary founder, Colleen, who apprenticed with the legendary tattoo artist Jim Watson in 1993. Colleen tattooed and did Permanent Makeup for over 25 years before going into the medical field and also becoming an herbalist.

Prickly Pear Tattoo Ointment was created with the intention to provide a simple organic ointment that both artist and client could use to support quick healing while also protecting the integrity of the art.
