In this two hour class, I will take you step-by-step through a process to dissolve the root cause of anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout so you can experience more peace and freedom. Many clients have said this approach was more healing than decades of talk therapy or years of medications!

During my own healing journey I truly began to understood the direct connection trauma and stress have on physical symptoms and disease. Overwhelmed with the symptoms of autoimmune disease, I went on a mission to find a solution so I wouldn’t have to be on medications and struggle with symptoms for the rest of my life.

I put all my resources into becoming a natural health practitioner with a speciality in trauma healing and was able to heal myself from Celiac Disease and Hashimoto’s Thyroid Disorder, which also ended my anxiety, burnout, weight gain, hormone imbalance, and fatigue. And I created a proven process that didn’t involve years of endless therapies, treatments, and medications and goes right to the core source of the imbalance.

That lead me to guide thousands of others to heal hidden subconscious trauma roots so they can also heal, transform, and achieve their most important life goals.
